Are the Dungeness Bus line buses power wheelchair accessible?
Yes. When booking your tickets online, be sure to select the check box for “Need a Wheelchair Lift?” located under the Passengers selection on the home page booking widget.
Can I bring my bike on a Dungeness Line bus?
Yes, two bikes per bus can be accommodated on each Dungeness Line bus. You can add a bike to your booking for a fee of $5 USD per bike when booking online.
Is there a mobile app available?
A mobile app is currently in development. In the meantime, use our mobile-friendly website to access your ticket, track your bus, and stay updated on travel alerts.
What is the baggage allowance?
Each passenger is allowed one carry-on (max 25 lbs) and one checked bag (max 50 lbs) free of charge. Additional bags can be added for a fee. Full details are available on our Baggage Policy page.

What amenities are available on board?
Dungeness Line buses feature reclining seats, panoramic windows, free Wi-Fi, and personal outlets.
Is there a bathroom on board?
No bathroom is available on our Dungeness Line buses.
Are seatbelt provided and required?
All seats come equipped with seat belts. While use is not mandatory, we highly recommend wearing them for your safety.

Is seating assigned?
Seating is first-come, first-served, with ADA-reserved seats clearly marked. We recommend arriving early for best selection.
What happens if my trip is delayed and I miss my scheduled bus due to a Hood Canal or other delay?
If your trip is disrupted due to factors MTRWESTERN is not directly responsible for, we will provide a travel credit in the amount of your disrupted trip, good for use up to a year from date of issue.

It’s quick and easy! Visit our home page for routes and to purchase tickets online. You can also call our support line or buy tickets in person at select terminals.
Will the bus wait if I’m late?
To maintain schedules for all riders, buses do not wait for late passengers. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to your stop.
What if my bus is delayed?

What if my bus is cancelled for any reason?
If MTRWESTERN cancels your trip, we’ll rebook you at no cost or ensure alternative transportation is provided.
Can I cancel my ticket and get a full refund?
Tickets are non-refundable tickets but may be rescheduled 45 min. prior to a scheduled departure. If you have an account, log into your account to reschedule. If you do not have an account, you can still reschedule using our Find Boarding Pass page of our website. Travel credits good for one year from date of issue may be issued based upon reviewed circumstances. Please contact Customer Support for questions.
How do I change or reschedule my ticket?

We accept most major credit and debit cards. We do NOT accept cash.

Do I need a Dungeness Line account to book a ticket?
No, but creating an account can make booking, managing tickets and applying travel credits easier. In addition, having an account may afford access to special rider deals and promotional discounts.
Where can I view and use travel credits?
Issued travel credits are available for use directly through your customer account dashboard.
